We want you to love your Club L London purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and the security ribbon intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the completed packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
